Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Registration:

• Students must complete the registration form and provide accurate personal information.

• Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by the academy.

 

​2. Payments & Discounts

• Tuition fees must be paid in advance before classes begin.

• Discounts (introductory, seasonal, or promotional) apply only within the stated period and cannot be combined unless specified.

• All fees are non-refundable once classes have started, except in cases of academy cancellation.​

 

3. Class Schedules:

• Students are expected to attend classes on time.

• Any changes to schedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed classes without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.​

 

4. Student Responsibilities

• Students must maintain respectful behavior toward teachers.

• Active participation and completion of assignments are encouraged for effective learning.

• The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct.​

5. Academy Responsibilities

• Provide qualified instructors and structured lesson plans.

• Communicate clearly about schedules, packages, and updates.

​6. Online Learning Policy

• Students must have a stable internet connection and necessary equipment (computer, headset, etc.).

• The academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.​

 

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential.

• Recordings of classes (if any) will only be used for educational purposes and not shared publicly without consent.​

 

8. Amendments

• Zaya English Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.

• Any changes will be communicated to students and parents. in advance.
