
Refund policy
1. General Policy

Tuition fees are generally non-refundable once classes have started.

Refunds may be considered only under special circumstances (e.g., academy cancellation, technical issues beyond the student’s control).
2. Before Classes Begin

A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.
3. After Classes Begin

No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended classes.

Partial refunds may be considered if the academy cancels classes and cannot provide a suitable replacement schedule.
4. Package Discounts

If a student enrolled under a discounted package, refunds will be calculated based on the regular price per class for completed sessions, with the balance refunded accordingly.
5. Rescheduling Option

Instead of a refund, students may request to reschedule unused classes within the same term, subject to teacher availability.
6. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or official form).

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
