Refund policy

1. General Policy

  • Tuition fees are generally non-refundable once classes have started.

  • Refunds may be considered only under special circumstances (e.g., academy cancellation, technical issues beyond the student’s control).

2. Before Classes Begin

  • A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.

3. After Classes Begin

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended classes.

  • Partial refunds may be considered if the academy cancels classes and cannot provide a suitable replacement schedule.

4. Package Discounts

  • If a student enrolled under a discounted package, refunds will be calculated based on the regular price per class for completed sessions, with the balance refunded accordingly.

 

5. Rescheduling Option

  • Instead of a refund, students may request to reschedule unused classes within the same term, subject to teacher availability.

6. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or official form).

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
